ASTRONAUT ORIENTATION

YOUR Mission overview

Day 0

Check in, meet your astronaut trainer, and kick off your adventure with a welcome reception and group dinner.

Day 1

Launch into the world. of rocketry and spacecraft, then step into VR to explore mission vehicles and fly your first spaceflight simulations. End the day with your first taste of the Overview Effect.

Day 2

Take to the skies on a parabolic flight and float weightless in Mars, Moon, and zero gravity profiles. Celebrate with the Regravitation Ceremony and get a hands-on look at life in space.

Day 3

Climb into a high performance jet aircraft and feel the G forces of space launch and entry. Finish the day and program with a graduation certificate ceremony and celebratory dinner with your beloved teammates.

Day 4

Depart with your mission patch, certificate of completion and a confident, clear path toward your next step toward spaceflight!

How long is the program?

Astronaut Orientation is a full 4-day, 4-night program offered in Cape Canaveral, FL USA and in Bordeaux, France. Schedule a private consultation with an Orbite Mission Advisor for availability and to learn more.

What is included in the program?

This all-inclusive program features mission training, high-G and zero-G flights, VR simulations, Overview Effect immersion, and a graduation certificate—along with all meals, transfers, and premium accommodations.

Who can participate?

Participants should be in good physical health. Prior experience is not required, as full training is provided. Check with your Orbite Mission Advisor if you have health related questions.

Are children allowed?

We recommend that children ages 14 and over attend due to the restrictions in the G Force Aircraft portion of the program.

How many people are in each mission?

Each mission is maximum 12 persons to keep it personal.

How often do missions run?

We host only a handful of missions each year. Spots are limited, and once a mission is filled, the next opportunity may be several months away.
