The Itinerary
Day 0
Fly into Curaçao International Airport. A private car will take you to Lion's Dive Resort where you will be greeted by our staff and settle into your room. Welcome dinner.
Day 1
Today begins at the sub center with a SeaSpace class with your astronaut coach & sub pilot. Gain safety and familiarization instruction before going on your first submarine exploration dive!
After lunch you will perform a submarine dive to 75 meters focused on systems and environment familiarization. A wonderful group dinner awaits your first day of successful ocean exploration.
Day 2
The focus today is on learning submarine systems, and their space analogy with the SpaceX Dragon being the reference vehicle.
Learn about subsystem operations and continue your exploration beneath the waves with another dive to 125 meters. Learn about marine species from your sub pilot commander as you explore.
For scuba certified clients, optional day and night dives can be arranged as program extras.
Day 3
Begin your morning with additional SeaSpace vehicle training in advance of your final dive to 300 meters. Here you want to practice communications to mission control as you prepare to navigate the sub on your own!
A special dinner celebration awaits to culminate your epic training adventure.
Day 4
Enjoy a final breakfast with us, and afterward a car service will take you where you need to go.

How long is the program?
SeaSpace Odyssey is a four-day program based at Lions Dive Resort in Curaçao. Each day has a clear theme — from your first familiarization dive to a culminating Commander Dive in which you take full control of the submersible on a structured mini-mission — set within a fully all-inclusive luxury retreat environment.
What is included in the program?
SeaSpace Odyssey is fully all-inclusive. Your reservation covers all curriculum sessions and astronaut-led instruction, three submersible dives with a licensed sub pilot, luxury accommodations at Lions Dive Resort, all meals and curated dining, private airport transfers, a welcome reception with exclusive Orbite gear, and a Certificate of Completion ceremony on your final evening.
Who can participate?
SeaSpace Odyssey is designed for curious, motivated adults with no prior diving certification, scientific training, or engineering background required. The submersible is a passenger-grade vessel operated by a licensed professional pilot — you do not need to be a certified diver. We recommend disclosing any relevant medical conditions during the booking process so our team can ensure the experience is right for you.
Are children allowed?
SeaSpace Odyssey is currently designed for adult participants. Families interested in a shared space experience are encouraged to contact an Orbite advisor to discuss options across our broader program portfolio.
How many people are in each mission?
Each mission is limited to a small, curated group to ensure personal attention, safety, and a genuinely private experience. Group size between 5-10 people allows for meaningful connection among participants and direct access to your astronaut instructor throughout the program. How often do missions run?
Orbite hosts a select number of SeaSpace Odyssey missions each year. Availability is limited — once a cohort is filled, the next opportunity may be several months away. We recommend reaching out early to secure your preferred dates.
